We collect account details, profile information, location preferences, booking history, messages, support requests, emergency contact details and payment-related records. For companions, we also collect verification documents such as DBS and identity documents.
Some optional information, such as ethnicity, disability/support needs or verification documents, may be sensitive personal data. We only use this where needed for eligibility, safeguarding, identity checks, inclusive matching, safety and service delivery.
Your data is used to create profiles, match members and companions, manage bookings, enable messaging, process payments, verify companions, handle support requests and improve platform safety. We do not sell your data.
Data is protected using secure platform infrastructure, access controls and encrypted connections. Sensitive documents are stored privately and are only made available to authorised admin staff where needed for verification or safeguarding.
Under UK GDPR, you can request access to your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to certain processing, restrict processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain safety records and prevent fraud. When an account is deleted, personal data is removed or anonymised unless we are legally required to retain it.
